Mission Impossible Laser MazeIn the movies you often see spies go through extreme obstacle courses to get where they need to go. In this activity, we replace lasers with string to simulate a safe, fun spy mission for your kids. To reach the treasure (be sure and put one at the end), your children will not only have to think their way through the maze, but also their bodies will get a great workout. How many shapes can they bend their bodies into as they weave through the web of laser string? source: My Kids Adventure Indoor Snowball FightAll you really need for this is a bag of cotton balls and places to hide. Give each person participating an equal number of cotton balls and let the fun commence. You can also have children throw cotton balls into containers or have them try to blow the cotton balls across the table with a straw. Indoor Ice SkatingShow your child how to put on a paper plate under each foot. (it works best if your child is barefoot). Let them skate around for awhile. You can then add a learning element like having different colored objects or letters scattered around the room. Your child can skate to the objects and identify them..
